hours, you will have up to 3-5 bids on your order. You will be notified
by email once a bid is placed on your order. There is no obligation
to choose a bid from FliesDirect but should you do so, you will
be provided links to pay for the order of your choice. From there,
your customer accout will be updated with the progression of your
order from manufacturing to delivery.

I select a particular manufacturer?
Yes, you can. Within the order process, you
have the choice to insert a particular manufacturers name or keep
the order in 'open bidding'.
» How is quality
assured with every order?
Quality is assured by FliesDirect through
many avenues. One, each manufacturer that partners with FliesDirect
must be approved initially through a rigorous terms of agreement
and sample review. Two, each order fulfilled through FliesDirect
is sent directly to FliesDirect where your order is check for completion

Within you customer account, you have access
to the complete order history and processing. You can view old and
current orders, view order progression from manufacturing to shipping
and ask questions directly from your customer account.

when do I pay for my order?
There is no obligation to initially place
an order with us. Each bid your receive from us will include links
to pay for the bid your choose. We provide links to pay for your
order using PayPalor credit card via 2checkout mercant services.

» How much
is shipping?
Shipping is free from FliesDirect. The bids
you receive from FliesDirect are all inclusive of all charges. No
additional fees apply.
» I need a pattern
not found on the website?
No problem. If you can provide either a sample,
pattern instructions, a digital image or a combination of the above,
we can have your fly customer tied for you. Custom patterns aredone
at no additional charge. We have custom tied trolling rigs, EU patterns,
specialitys, bucktail lures and jigs for all sizes of cusotmers
large and small. There is no additional charge for custom matching
or creation.
